Empowerment Resource Center’s (ERC) On The M.O.V.E. (Mobile Outreach Vehicle Experience) are fully equipped vehicles that increase access to risk reduction counseling, screening, and referral services for HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STI). Staffed by a dedicated team of professionals, the ERC on the M.O.V.E. program works diligently to provide value-added services to our clients throughout the Atlanta area. In addition, the ERC on the M.O.V.E. provides health education to all clients who visit the program.

Launched in 2014, the program provides a consistent continuum of care for vulnerable, underserved, and hard-to-reach populations, many of whom may not otherwise receive medical care. Thanks to a capital investment by the Frances Hollis Brain Foundation, the Goshen Coach Bus has enhanced the ERC on the M.O.V.E. experience and added another tool to our arsenal.
