Since its inception in 2003, ERC has provided programs, services, and community-level solutions that improve the health-related quality of life for vulnerable, underserved, and/or underinsured communities with limited to minimal access to clinical and mental health resources.
Clinical Services
Treatment for HIV
ERC provides HIV specialty care for persons living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). This care includes outpatient primary care and referrals for the HIV patient.
Specialty Care for
Hepatitis C
The federal government estimates that 4 million Americans live with chronic hepatitis C. ERC provides specialty care for people with chronic hepatitis C, a growing and costly epidemic.
Empowerlink Program
The goal of our EmpowerLink Program is to help you with any unmet medical and non-medical support needs (e.g., mental health and substance abuse) through coordinated care management activities to support your retention in care and adherence to medication.

Empowerment Resource Center offers a variety of Behavioral Health outpatient and community-based prevention, intervention, and treatment services to help people with emotional or behavioral issues, mental health conditions, or substance use concerns.
